Five straightforward steps from ground prep to a finished deck you can be proud of.
Batter and box the area. Set your finished floor level with boxing positioned approximately 300mm from cladding, ready for the concrete pour.
Stack the bracket components to measure total height. Mark out M12 bolt centres on the boxing and drill with a 16mm spade bit.
Install M12 cup head bolts through the boxing with square and circular washers in place before the concrete is poured. The bolts are cast in as the slab cures.
Once the concrete is fully cured, screw the timber into the bracket underside, slot it over the set bolts, and secure firmly. Use offcuts to verify height alignment before finalising.
Space boards evenly with a 12mm gap from the cladding for movement and drainage. Stand back and enjoy the seamless finish you have been after.
